This article by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation explores the impact of coronavirus on the income and spending of disabled people and their carers. 

The pandemic has meant that all British people, including disabled people, have faced rising costs and redundancies. 

Despite this, disabled people have been excluded from benefiting from the increase in Universal Credit payments because they receive Legacy Benefits rather than Universal Credit. 

KEEN must encourage the government to include disabled people in their plans and to put inclusivity at the forefront of the economic recovery from Covid.
